Pet Parent Responsibilities
- All fur-kids must stay leashed or tethered to their owners at all times.
- Pet parents are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour, comfort, and well-being during the event.
- For everyone’s safety, the organiser may ask for a pet to be taken to a rest area if they appear stressed, unwell, or overwhelmed.
Weather & Changes
- The organiser may adjust or cancel the race for safety or bad weather.
- No refunds or replacement entitlements if the race is cancelled.
Safety & Liability
- While we aim to make this event as safe and fun as possible, all attendees participate at their own risk.
- The organiser and venue are not liable for any injuries, losses, or incidents involving pets, pet owners, or belongings.
Photos & Paw-parrazi
- By attending, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
- Our paw-parazzi teams will do their best to capture you and your pet looking your cutest!
Liability
Big Furry Festival and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during participation in our events. Participants attend at their own risk.
