Terms & Conditions
of Big Furry Festival 2025 Lucky Draw

The Big Furry Festival 2025 (“Lucky Draw”) is carried out by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd and is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

• The Lucky Draw is open to all residing in Singapore aged 18 and above and subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
• AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility of a customer for participation in the Lucky Draw.
• All receipts submitted must be dated on or before the respective Lucky Draw period to qualify. Please refer to Point 8 below.

Lucky Draw Mechanics

1. To participate in the Lucky Draw, shoppers must fulfil the following
   1. Purchase a Big Furry Festival 2025 Festival pass worth S$8 via the official event website (https://bigfurryfestival.com) and receive one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw
   2. Receive one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw with every S$8 spent when they purchase activities tickets such as Masterclasses, Holland Village Exploration Race and CNRX Morning Reset per transaction from the official event website (https://bigfurryfestival.com)
   3. Prior to the event, a survey was conducted to gauge interest in attendance. Participants who completed the survey and subsequently purchased a Big Furry Festival 2025 Festival Pass valued at S$8 via the official event website (https://bigfurryfestival.com) are entitled to two (2) Lucky Draw entries.
   Participants who have already purchased a Festival Pass and/or any activity tickets shall have their corresponding Lucky Draw entries automatically recorded in the Organiser’s system.
2. A minimum spend of S$15 per transaction (“Minimum Spend”) at any shop or food stall located within Holland Village Precinct. Purchase of statutory items (4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO), alcohol, cigarettes, prescription, pharmacy-only-medicines and petrol are excluded from computation of the qualifying minimum spend.
   
   Shoppers will receive one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw with a minimum spend of S$15 per transaction / receipt (“Minimum Spend”) in each of their qualified submissions verified through either a photo of the physical receipt or a screenshot of the digital transaction that is uploaded on the website.
   For example:
   1. A submission of a S$15 receipt will give you one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.
   2. A submission of a S$39 receipt will give you one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.
   3. A submission of a S$15 receipt and a S$31 receipt will give you two (2) chances in the Lucky Draw. Submissions of receipts have to be separate
   Only merchant-issued receipts are accepted. NETS or bank receipts will not be eligible
3. Photocopied and duplicate submissions of receipts or tickets purchased from the official event website (https://bigfurryfestival.com) are not allowed. Should there be repeated submission(s), the repeated submission(s) will be voided and the shopper(s) may be disqualified from the entire Lucky Draw.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries / tickets purchased for each shopper / participant. However, each qualifying receipt or transaction can only be used to enter the Lucky Draw once.
5. A computerised lucky draw will be conducted on 26 December 2025 at 1400 hrs at 18 Jalan Klapa, S199330 where six (6) prize winners will be selected. Participants of the lucky draw may stand to win up a total of up to $3500 worth of prizes. The top three (3) winners are entitled to the following:
   • 1st prize: Flight Voucher worth S$1,500
   • 2nd prize: Pet Escapade Staycation at Lazarus Island worth S$1,000
   • 3rd prize: Happy Bark Day Package (Sunset Dinner Cruise) worth S$600
   • 4th - 6th prize: Up to $300 worth of dining and shopping vouchers
5. *An additional computerised lucky draw will be conducted on 26 December 2025 at 2:00pm at 18 Jalan Klapa, Singapore 199330, exclusively for eligible participants of the Holland Village Exploration Race. Receive one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw with every 1 ticket purchased for the Holland Village Exploration Race.
   
   One (1) winner will be selected through the computerised draw and will be entitled to win the following prize:
   • Happy Bark Day Package (Sunset Dinner Cruise) worth S$600
6. Winners will be announced between 27 and 28 December 2025 through our Instagram and website. Winners will also be notified via email based on details provided during submission.
7. Receipt date must be within the Lucky Draw Qualifying Period of 18 December to 21 December 2025.
8. Cut off time for Lucky Draw submission will be 21 December 2025, 2359 hrs
9. Winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd, the event organiser of Big Furry Festival 2025 via email within one (1) week of the Draw Date.
10. Winners are required to respond within five (5) working days from the date that the winners' notification email is sent out and to provide the relevant details, so as to facilitate the mailing of prizes.
11. Should the winner(s) fail to respond within five (5) working days, no matter the reason, the prizes will be forfeited and they will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from the organiser.
12. Upon the successful verification by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd and subject to the winner’s compliance with any instructions specified by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd, prizes will be scheduled to be delivered to the winners in no more than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification.
13. During collection of the prizes, winners are required to sign an acknowledgement form to confirm the receipt of prizes.
14. If any prize remains unclaimed for one (1) month after confirmation on the winners' mailing details, the prizes will be donated to an approved charitable organisation.
15. Winners shall comply with any instructions specified by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd. In the event where a winner fails to comply with any instruction or condition specified by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd, the prize may be forfeited at AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd’s absolute discretion.
16. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, nor redeemable for other prizes.
17. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
18. By participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant is hereby deemed to have consented and agreed to sharing, disclosing and/or releasing their names, contact information (e.g. email address) to AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd for the purpose of facilitating this Lucky Draw, announcing the winners on the event website, for the fulfilment and redemption of the prizes in compliance with the Class licence for Trade Promotion Games and Lotteries under the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries - Class Licence) Order 2022.
19. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible participant from winning a prize and/or substitute another participant as the winner in the event that AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd in their absolute discretion believe that the particular participant may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and may bring AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd into disrepute. In the event the prize has already been awarded to such a shopper, the prize must be returned to AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd at the participant’s cost and expense.
20. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
21. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
22. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd’s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Lucky Draw, these terms or any decision made by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd reserves their absolute right to determine an outcome and act as they deem fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
23. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or any of the prizes.
24. AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at their sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Lucky Draw shall constitute acceptance of these terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
25. By entering this Lucky Draw, shoppers or participants acknowledge that they have read and understood AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd’s Data Protection Policy, and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by AMC Asia (SG) Pte Ltd for the purposes set out in these Terms.
